WOW. Just….WOW.

Since I can remember, one of my childhood dreams has always been seeing myself printed on the cover of a magazine, whether it be fashion, health and fitness, beauty, and so forth. Well, now I delightfully say with glee, that my childhood dreams have come true!!

The team behind Fashion Republic magazine reached out to me to ask if I was interested in submitting some photos before a specific deadline to be featured in one of the magazine editions with a higher likelihood of being on the cover. I immediately submitted my favorite photos from my color room photoshoot, aware that I may or may not be chosen as the cover model. Alas, just a couple of days later, I wake up to the most spectacular surprise!!! Me, MY PHOTO, front and center with my name under the text “redefining beauty” and over “changing the fashion game”.

It’s been a few days since the official cover launch and I’m still on cloud nine. Strangely enough, I only want this to be the start. Again, I wouldn’t say that modeling is my number one dream job in fashion (or at all) because it isn’t, but I absolutely love taking pictures of other people and myself, as well as adoring fashion as an art form. Dressing up more this past year and in 2022 has changed my life.

Once again, I cannot thank John, Ned, Gabriella, and the rest of the team behind Fashion Republic for this magnificent opportunity. I thank all the other models involved in this edition for their hard work and passion.
