New YouTube Video: New York Vlog (what I ate + where I went)

New York City…what is the first thing that pops into your head when you hear it? For me, it’s chaos. That may sound really bad, but honestly, there was so much that happened in this trip that I can’t think of anything more accurate. I mean chaos in both a positive and negative way–a lot of drama happened, a lot of plans were wrecked, but at the same time, there were a lot of small pleasures, unexpected surprises and beautiful memories to remember.

There is just way too much on my New York plate, so much that my blog post is going to turn into an online novel if I attempt to elaborate on everything that happened. My plan is to break up the recaps into different blog posts, possibly reserving one restaurant for its own review or one day for its own post. It’ll just be a lot easier for me to write and for you to read without falling asleep while reading (Hello, keyboard drool). For now, enjoy the video and the gallery provided below!

  1. So much amazing food! I actually went to NYC a lot with my family when I was younger, but all we ever did was shop and look around at the high end stores. I’d love to go back now and see the MET and the Museum of Natural History. And eat all of the delicious vegan food 😉

As far as recaps, I’m really interested to hear how the Chelsea market was, it looked like there were a lot of interesting things going on there. And did I see someone selling flavored tahini there in your video? That sounds really neat.

    1. Oh I am so excited to recap everything–especially on the Chelsea Market! By far it was my favorite place of the entire trip!! 😀 You definitely have to try to pay another visit. As for the tahini, it was actually from a fresh tahini booth at the market! I’ll elaborate more on it in a separate post but it was amazing!

  2. To be honest, I love your videos so much! I liked the workout part, and the food of course. The sushi looks delicious! New York City is one of the places I’ve always wanted to visit. One of my best friends from Gr. 12 goes to NYU and I’m always super jealous of all the great stuff she gets to see and do there! All the treats (bars, cookies, pies) look to die for…
