I’m Related to Hitler?!

Do you like the subject of psychology? I’ve been taking summer courses in preparation for AP Psychology this coming school year and I find it so fascinating! It’s amazing what you can learn about not only others by observation and digging up their past, but also about yourself from the unconscious. (Seriously. On the MMPI test it asks you if your soul leaves your body. Look it up to see for yourself!)

Recently, I took the Jung Typology Test where it basically breaks down the nitty-gritty details of what forms your personality. My results came out to be ENTJ, or Extravert, INtuitive, Thinker and Judger. YES. They’re all spelled that way, so don’t go all Grammar Nazi on me.Leverage Your Personality Type_Page_1

Speaking of Nazis, I also researched which famous figures shared my persona and which career choices would fit me best based on the test. A few people I was somewhat shocked to see were Napoleon Bonaparte, Julius Caesar, Hannibal, Joseph Stalin and (drumroll, please) ADOLF HITLER.

Does that mean I’m going to brainwash a whole country and attempt to conquer the world?! Well, things change. I’m just kidding, seriously! That comes to show the little surprises you learn in different tests! Surely if you were to extract my DNA, there would be no trace of German blood, but I was surprised to see that I possess the mind of a psychotic dictator!

On the contrary, I was pretty delighted to see were Steve Jobs, Aristotle, Whoopi Goldberg, Adele and Charlize Theron. Goes to say that there are evil people and good people everywhere no matter what. My sister recently took the test and found out she was an ESTP, or Extravert-Sensor-Thinker-Perceiver. Some of her famous personalities were Madonna, Franklin Roosevelt, Taylor Swift (lucky her!), Mila Kunis, Ryan Seacrest, Amy Winehouse, Alexander the Great, Donald Trump and George Bush! I guess things can be worse? No, not really.

Anyways, July has been acting up a bit lately. In the early morning and late late night, it is dead cold, and in the mid-morning to late afternoon it is boiling! That means I’ve been switching up my smoothie bowls to lunch time and coming up with warming food for breakfast. Today I had a chocolate pumpkin pie bowl, and the recipe is literally so simple! Chocolate and pumpkin sound like a horrible combo, but it’s actually delicious! Look up other recipes combining chocolate and pumpkin–I swear I’m not the only one! But if it sounds too gross to you, you can obviously use vanilla protein powder or anything that would go better, like CINNAMON ROLL!

I microwaved it for around 3 minutes to make it extra piping hot for the cold cold morning! It tasted like a super hot chocolate pie. Not complaining to have a hot dessert for breakfast, but DUDE. IT’S JULY. Y U NO HAVE SUN?!

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin or pumpkin puree
  • Some 2-ingredient chocolate protein frosting (can also be any other flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 allspice, ginger and cloves (or pumpkin pie spice)
  • Desired sweetener to taste
  • Any toppings you like! Peanut butter, coconut, more chocolate, fruit, granola, seeds, etc.

  1. Take a large bowl and mix your pumpkin, sweetener and spices very thoroughly and evenly. Let chill overnight or even place it in the freezer for a few hours to let it harden so that it doesn’t mix with the frosting.
  2. Make the protein frosting and spread it on your pumpkin layer once it’s hardened and firm.
  3. Add additional toppings–go crazy! (unpictured: I doused a giant slab of almond butter eating it. SO GOOD.)
  4. Microwave your pudding pie until warm and hot at the bottom of the bowl and enjoy–but you can also have it cold on hotter days!

That is pretty much everything I’ve been up to for now! BUT I have not one but TWO special videos coming up for you on my YouTube–one of my trip to San Jose, San Fran and Santa Cruz, and another top secret one that I am so honored to do! I’ll update later, but meanwhile, hope you enjoyed this veeeeeeeery interesting post! Also, if you like it when I incorporate simple but delicious recipes into a more life-ish kind of post, do let me know! I’m always cookin’ something up!

Would you be shocked if you had the same personality type as an evil dictator? Also, do you have any unlikely combo favorites like chocolate and pumpkin?
