- Nana ice cream with chopped strawberries, donut peach, vegan Champion Naturals chocolate protein drizzle, sprinkle of Qi’a chia cereal and KIND vanilla blueberry clusters granola
- I also finished the protein chocolate drizzle mix on the side!! š I’m obsessed!
LUNCHĀ (vegan, GF, high protein, low carb)
- Tofu veggie stir-fry with organic firm tofu, stir-fried broccoli, carrots and bell peppers in sesame oil and spices, Sriracha
SNACK (vegetarian, GF, high protein, low carb, keto)
- Fage 0% Greek yogurt with homemade jam and melted unsalted peanut butter
DINNER (vegan, GF, high protein, low carb, keto)
